Samples
We know that it's important to be able to evaluate items first hand. In order to help you purchase with confidence, we have developed the following Sample Policy:

Samples can be requested by emailing or phoning us on 02 9318 0691.

All samples need to be paid for by the client prior to delivery. To expedite delivery we recommend that this is done by credit card. We accept Visa, Master card and Bankcard. Samples are charged at cost plus a delivery fee of $15. We strongly recommend the ordering of a sample prior to ordering so you can ensure that the product is as expected.

In some cases, where arranged with us samples may be returned for a refund. Please discuss this with your account manager. In this case, samples must be returned in mint condition within 48 hours. The courier charges for sample return is at your expense.

You can provide your shipping account number if you would like the shipment expedited. Once you become a client, you can expect more flexibility on our sample policy as our relationship grows.

Verification
Due to frequent abuse of our sample policy, we may call to verify your sample request. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience that this may cause. Please do not order a sample if you do not intend to purchase at least $250 of imprinted merchandise. We reserve the right to refuse to ship samples to any party at our discretion. Thank you for your cooperation.

International Sample Orders
Our site is not targeted at International clientele. Therefore orders for samples that need to be shipped outside Australia should be ordered by email at info@redfishmarketing.com.au or by phone Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm EST.

We charge sample and freight costs for International sample orders, in addition a charge of $25.00 applies to process the paperwork required for international delivery. We prefer this payment to be made by credit card and we prefer that you provide your DHL, Fed Ex or UPS account number. Please email our sales department with any questions.

Pre-Production Samples
Some customers choose to have a pre-production sample made for their approval. A pre production sample is an example of the product printed with your logo as ordered, These are quite expensive as they require the decorator to run production in the same way they would for a large quantity but for one unit.

Pre production samples are costly. For most methods of decoration, it takes as much time to decorate one item as it does the entire order amount. The price of a pre-production sample normally includes the setup cost plus product and minimum run costs. Please speak to your Red Fish representative for more information.
