of time and effort into fostering its long

in both Australia and overseas.
We have built a reliable and
efficient supply network for promotional products
and services.
This network is constantly expanding,
as we continuously source and increase our product
offering. This ensures that all products supplied
are of good quality and are delivered on time.
Our job is to source the best

Quality
Control
The most significant
part of the supply process is quality control.
We use reliable suppliers and have operatives
in Australia and overseas to oversee all production.
This ensures products delivered are always of
the standard expected by the client.
To ensure our clients are happy with our service
we have developed a unique production process:
1) Once an order
is placed by a client Red Fish sends through an
order confirmation document that list all of the
specifics of the order; from print colours to
delivery dates.
2) Once the order confirmation is approved. We
produce an artwork approval which is a graphical
representation of what the finished product will
look like, specifying print colours, positions
and sizing etc.
3) Once the artwork is approved (with no changes
required) the order goes into production.
4) During and post production goods are quality
checked
5) Order is shipped to the client and client is
notified of shipping and tracking information.
